after scrolling through my RSS feeds, so i came across a Peruvian roasted chicken recipe from Whole Foods. i thought i’d try it out tonight and it was delicious. i served it with some steamed green beans and a quinoa barley pilaf.
as it was my first time, i am always looking for improvements. i think i may have cooked the chicken a little long. so i’ll reduce the time when I try this out again. i’ll add a hint more cinnamon next time as well.
other than that, it was a fantastic Sunday night supper. try it out for yourself!
